Do you bring tools?

Yes. Just have the boxed furniture and all its parts in the room where it's going.

Do you take the boxes away?

We flatten all packaging for your recycling. Haul-away isn't included.

Do you anchor furniture to the wall?

Yes, dressers, bookshelves and wardrobes are anchored to prevent tipping.

What if a part is missing?

We'll assemble everything we can and come back to finish once you have the missing part.
